You Are Not Lost
You Are Just Far Away From Yourself
أنتِ لستِ ضائعة
أنتِ فقط بعيدة عن ذاتكِ

WELCOME! I am Yara Al Adib, a Syrian somatic and embodiment practitioner. I work with women through trauma-informed bodywork, coaching, movement, and systemic work — helping them reconnect with their body, their truth, and the life underneath the roles they’ve learned to perform.
I WORK WITH WOMEN WHO:
+ Appear strong, yet feel disconnected inside
+ Carry tension beneath their achievements
+ Overgive, overfunction, or hold too much
+ Swallow anger, needs, or truth
+ Are tired of performing strength instead of actually feeling grounded in it
THE TRUTH IS:
Your body remembers what your mind overrides.
جسدكِ يتذكر ما يتجاهله عقلكِ
Beneath the coping.
Beneath the control.
Beneath the roles you learned to play.
This work brings you back to your body —
where clarity, boundaries, aliveness, and dignity can begin to return.
HOW WE CAN WORK TOGETHER:
1:1 Trauma-Informed Bodywork
A slower, body-led space to listen to what your nervous system has been holding.
1:1 Coaching & Integration
A reflective space to explore patterns, decisions, transitions, and what is asking to shift.
Family Constellation & Systemic Work
A systemic way to explore inherited dynamics, belonging, and repeating relational patterns.
Conscious Movement
A guided group practice using movement, rhythm, and body awareness to reconnect with expression and aliveness.
Sessions available in English & Arabic.

YARA AL ADIB
I will walk with you into the places you’ve avoided — until you remember who you truly are…
I was born in Syria, raised across cultures, and have called several countries home.
I built my first career in service design and social innovation, working with organisations and complex systems — learning how change happens, how people behave, and how deeply our environments shape us.
Eight years ago, my own path began to shift. I had spent years working through the mind: thinking, designing, solving, performing, achieving. But something in me was asking for a different kind of intelligence — one that lived in the body.
That search led me into trauma-informed bodywork, conscious movement, coaching, and systemic constellation work. It wasn’t a rejection of my previous career, but an expansion of it. I began to understand that real change does not happen only through insight or strategy — it also happens through the nervous system, the body, and the way we learn to inhabit ourselves.
Today, I bring together cross-cultural insight, systems thinking, and embodied practice to support women who, like me, may be highly capable on the outside yet longing to feel more connected, alive, and at home within themselves.
I don’t promise an effortless journey. I promise a real one.
I’ll walk beside you, remind you of who you are, and support you in reclaiming the way you inhabit your life.

TESTIMONIALS
SARAH, 40
Working with Yara was like tuning into a higher frequency of clarity and presence. She didn’t just listen—she felt what was beneath my words and named what I couldn’t articulate. It was like sitting with someone who sees the whole picture and gently guides you into your truth.
NADIA, 35
Yara creates a space that feels both sacred and disarming. I felt safe to unravel, cry, laugh, and meet myself in ways I hadn’t before. Her presence is calm yet powerful—she doesn’t force anything, yet transformation happens naturally just by being with her.
SAWSAN, 46
What impressed me most in working with Yara was her ability to see the whole system at once. She quickly sensed where the pitfalls were and named them with clarity. Her mix of intuition and sharp intellect brought harmony and flow back into our team.
